Version of 2026-10-26. These terms govern sales of digital products made on pescatlas.com between LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (SIREN 995 268 018, 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, EU VAT number FR21995268018, administration@lacangel.fr), the “seller”, and any consumer, the “customer”. pescatlas.com sells digital content only. The French version prevails.

1. Products

Products are digital content: PDF guides and an atlas you can read online and print. Their content, format and number of pages are described on their sales page. They are drawn from the official texts cited line by line and do not replace those texts, which alone are binding.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included; Stripe’s payment page may present them in pounds sterling or US dollars depending on your country, at the amount shown on the sales page. No delivery charges.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method offered on Stripe’s secure payment page. The seller never sees card details. An invoice is sent by email. 1-click buying: for a digital product, the card used may be kept by Stripe when the payment page says so; the 1-click button then shows the amount and placing it is an order with an obligation to pay. You can ask for the card to be deleted at any time at admin@tech-bharat.com.

4. Delivery

Access is immediate after payment: you are redirected to a personal download (PDF) or reading page. The “Find my purchases” link at the bottom of every page sends this access again to the email address used for payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

The digital content is supplied as soon as you pay, at your request: the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has been opened (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). If the file does not open or does not match its description, write to us: we restore access or refund you.

6. Warranties

Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. After a written complaint, customers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C (Centre de Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, cm2c.net.
