Terms of sale

Version of 2026-09-23. These terms govern sales made on pescatlas.com between Clem corp (Clément Lacaille, SIRET 828 126 151 00012, 19 avenue des Rochers, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France, admin@tech-bharat.com), the “seller”, and any consumer, the “customer”. The French version prevails.

1. Products

Products are described on their page (specifications, photos of the actual product, dimensions). Colour shades on photos are not contractual. All products are new fishing gear.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars depending on the delivery country chosen, taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code. Delivery costs are shown in the cart before payment. Import duties or taxes may apply to deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States); they are paid by the customer and collected by the carrier.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after card payment on Stripe’s secure page. The seller never sees card details. A confirmation email summarises the order.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped by a logistics partner from its warehouses, with tracking, to the countries offered at checkout. Indicative delivery time is 8 to 15 business days. If delivery is more than 30 days late, the customer may cancel and be refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to admin@tech-bharat.com. The product must be returned unused, in its packaging, within 14 days of withdrawal; return costs are paid by the customer. The refund, including initial delivery costs, is made within 14 days of receiving the return, by the same payment method.

6. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. For a faulty or non-conforming product, write to us with a photo: replacement or refund.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
