- Residents and nonresidents 17 years of age or younger are exempt from the fishing license. No age exemption for seniors; residents 65+ can buy a $30 Senior Citizen Lifetime Fishing license.

Black bass: 6/day combined with only one fish over 16 in (no statewide minimum length); spotted bass unrestricted. Walleye/sauger/saugeye 6/day, 14 in minimum. Northern pike not in statewide limits table. Lake Texoma requires its own license or both OK/TX licenses. Free fishing days listed on the regs page.
