No statewide minimum lengths for bass/walleye/pike: instead trophy caps (walleye 1 over 24 in, pike 1 over 36 in, tiger muskie 1 over 40 in). Multiyear licenses up to 5 years. 2.2% card transaction fee. Many water-specific rules.
