Overview
Small floating hard lures whose rear hook is dressed with feathers: when the lure stops, the fibres keep moving in the water and often trigger a strike from a following fish. At 7.5 cm (3.0 in) and 9 g (0.32 oz), they suit perch, black bass, trout and chub, on the surface or just below it.
The pack brings together nine ABS lures, one per colour, with size 6 hooks according to the supplier. Fish them on a light rod: short twitches of the rod tip followed by long pauses, letting the lure rise again. In rivers, present them across the current, along overhanging branches and shaded margins where chub and trout hold.
Limitations: the number of hooks per lure and the running depth are not specified. The feathers wear out with catches and snags. To release fish more easily, the barb can be flattened with flat pliers; check local rules (number of hooks, catch-and-release stretches).
