Overview
A predator lure fishing combo that fits in a car boot or a backpack: the closed rod is only 58 to 60 cm long. For pike, zander and big perch with soft plastics, spoons and mid-size crankbaits.
The rod is carbon, telescopic, with a straight handle, MH (medium heavy) power and a very fast action according to the maker. From its size chart: 2.40 m (7 ft 10 in) in 7 sections, 60 cm closed, 155 g, butt diameter 14.7 mm; 2.10 m (6 ft 11 in) in 6 sections, 58 cm closed, 134 g. Some photos also show the pistol-grip version, which is not the one sold here.
The size 3000 fixed-spool reel has a metal body (about 132 × 125 × 90 mm, 353 g packed).
Limitations: the supplier does not publish the casting weight range. No line is included. For pike, a steel or titanium leader is essential. The rod and reel are two separate supplier items and may arrive in two parcels.

Is it suitable for pike?
Yes with mid-size lures, a braid and a steel or titanium leader. The maximum casting weight is not published, so avoid very large lures.
Which line should I use?
A braid of roughly 0.12–0.20 mm, with a leader suited to the target fish.
Why a telescopic rod?
Closed to 58 or 60 cm, it travels easily. The trade-off is slightly less precision than a two-piece rod.
