Pêche sportive interdite la nuit (d'une heure après le coucher à une heure avant l'aube), sauf carp-fishing no-kill autorisé par les provinces et eaux proches de la mer à dominante marine. Distance de 10 m entre pêcheurs à la canne. Bateau à moteur ≤ 9 CV pour la traîne seulement là où les provinces l'autorisent. Loi cadre : L.R. 7 dicembre 1990 n. 87 (modifiée par L.R. 7/2018) ; R.R. 16 maggio 2019 n. 7 (licences, tesserino). La Région peut chaque année restreindre espèces, périodes, lieux, tailles et appâts (art. 15 L.R. 87/90) : dispositions intégratives annuelles par détermination de la Direction Agriculture. Présence de truite méditerranéenne (Salmo cettii) et appenninique (Salmo ghigii), espèces d'intérêt communautaire prioritaires.
